Total investments in the project “Švitrigailos namai” amounted to 5.5 million euros. “There are currently only a few vacant apartments left in the Švitrigailos namai project, while almost a hundred were designed in total,” says Martynas Žibūda, development director of Eika. “As this project comes to an end, we have offered two new projects in Šnipiškės and Žirmūnai this year for those home buyers who find it extremely important to live close to the city center and spend as little time in traffic jams as possible. The apartment buildings on Žalgirio Street “135” and the first stage of the new settlement “Namų pynė” have added 262 apartments to the offer of new construction housing,” says M. Žibūda.
Currently, the real estate company Eika is also developing projects in Bajorai, Pilaitė, Jeruzalė, Santariškės and Senamiestis.
