The development of the Domino Houses apartment building project in Jerusalem began in April 2015, and exactly two years later, the state commission declared it suitable for use, thus declaring the apartment complex completed..
Total investments in the project “Domino namai” reached 6.3 million euros. The three-building building (three and six floors) was erected in a quiet neighborhood of individual houses in Jeruzalė, on Mokyklos Street. Residents could choose 1-4-room apartments with spacious balconies or terraces. A total of 113 apartments were designed in the apartment building, of which only 9 apartments remain at the moment.
“The majority of all apartments in the project were compact 1-2-room apartments. We designed universal apartments, as the neighborhood is ideal for families, active recreation enthusiasts and students. All the most necessary facilities for a comfortable life: shopping centers, school, kindergarten and nearby higher education institutions are reachable in just a few minutes. For the convenience of residents, storage rooms and a parking lot have also been installed on the basement floor of the house, from which residents can access the house by elevator or stairs,” says EIKA Development Director Martynas Žibūda, listing the advantages.
One of the biggest advantages of the Domino House project is extremely economical and efficient heating. In these B energy class houses, the average heating price does not exceed 0.29 euro cents per square meter. The complex is equipped with an autonomous gas boiler room, which gives residents independence from heat suppliers; they can start and end the heating season according to their needs. Remote metering of heat and hot water consumption is installed, which is not only convenient, but also time-saving.
Currently, the real estate company EIKA is also developing projects in Bajorai, Pilaitė, Žalgirio and Tuskulėnų streets.
