On April 2, the state commission recognized the three newest apartment buildings of the EIKA project “Bajorų alėjos” as suitable for use, thus announcing that their construction was completed. Three apartment buildings, a four-story apartment building Vyšnia V and two two-three-story cottage-type apartment buildings Liepa IV and Liepa V, completed the first block of the project “Bajorų alėjos”. A total of 36 apartments have been installed in the new low-rise apartment buildings located on Salaspilio Street.
In the first quarter of “Bajorų alejas”, a total of 10 apartment buildings, 153 apartments (including newly built ones) have already been built; investments exceeded 8 million euros. The buildings are of A and A+ energy classes, each equipped with an individual gas boiler room. The first-floor apartments have fenced and equipped terraces, the other apartments have spacious balconies. The quarter offers a lot of privacy. In four-story apartment buildings, there are only four apartments per floor. In cottage-type apartment buildings, each apartment has a separate entrance from the outside.
It is expected that the “Bajorų aleļi” project will consist of three blocks in total. Construction of the second block is currently planned to begin. The concept of the project is associated with the idea of a botanical garden. The aim is to integrate the existing landscape, maintain and highlight existing natural elements, trees, and harmoniously combine nature and urban motifs. A stream flows in the center of the first block, and a children’s playground is integrated among birch trees. The second block is designed around an existing forest. It is planned to continue the concept in the third block.
There are currently 21 vacant apartments left in the project; you can view the apartments here.
