Communities have joined one of the most sustainable business centers in Lithuania – Flow, located at Lvivo St. 21A. credit bureau UAB “Creditinfo Lietuva”, the world’s leading insurance services and consulting company UADBB “Marsh Lietuva” and the international law firm “CEE Attorneys”. The companies have signed long-term lease agreements, renting more than 1100 sq. m. of office space. According to the concluded transactions, the office of “Creditinfo Lietuva” will be located on the 19th floor, and “Marsh Lietuva” and “CEE Attorneys” – on the 7th floor of the building.
According to Giedrius Brūzgė, director of the property department at Eika, the last quarter of the year was not very active in the office rental market. “In the second quarter of this year, only 14,300 sq m. m. of office space was leased in Vilnius, while in the first quarter 33,700 sq m. m. of office space was taken up. The situation illustrates that tenants are evaluating their relocation plans more cautiously and are in no hurry to sign lease agreements. The three lease transactions in one business center show that even in calmer times for the market, solid companies remain interested in a high-quality work environment, sustainable and advanced solutions,” says G. Brūzgė.
“We made the decision to move to the new Flow business center taking into account our group of companies’ strategy to develop sustainable business. We aim to organize each area of activity and process in a socially responsible and long-term perspective-based manner, taking care of the environment and energy efficiency, and rational use of other resources. By settling in a new office in the very center of Vilnius, we will not only create more comfortable working conditions for employees, but will also be closer to our clients,” says Aurimas Kačinskas, CEO of Creditinfo Lietuva.
According to Inga Kostogriz-Vaitkienė, managing partner of CEE Attorneys, during the search for a new office, great attention was paid to the search for sustainability and positive human experiences in the workplace.
“When choosing an office for our growing team, we were looking for practical and sustainable solutions – and that’s exactly what we found in Flow: modern, efficiently used spaces, a healthier environment adapted to the comfort of employees and clients, architectural and general solutions that conserve natural resources, a convenient location in the city and extremely good communication. We want to settle in for the long term, so we looked at the relevance of the solutions not only here and now, but also in the future. The implementation of the project according to the BREEAM Outstanding standard convinced us that this is a place where we want to work and invite clients and partners,” says I. Kostogriz-Vaitkienė.
Currently, nearly 7,000 sq m of office space has been leased in the business center. The building will be home to an independent electricity supplier, Elektrum Lietuva, a business management consulting company, Turicum, a company operating in the air transport sector, restaurant 12, a company developing unique IT solutions and consulting on digitalization issues, Baltic Amadeus, a real estate development company, Omberg group, and a salt room and massage parlor operator.
The real estate development company “Eika” in Vilnius has developed such commercial objects as the multifunctional complex “Live Square” on Gedimino Avenue, the business center “Eika” on A. Goštauto Street, “135” on Žalgirio Street and the shopping center “Pupa” in the Pilaitė district. Recently, the company began developing the business center “Jasinskio 2″ in the vicinity of Tauros Kalnas in Vilnius.
