UAB “EIKA Construction” (formerly – UAB “Eikos statyba”) will begin renovation works at the Reformed Garden in Vilnius, Pylimo St., and will carry out work in the first and second stages of the project. The project is intended to revitalize a long-unrenovated public space connecting the Old Town and the New Town areas.
During the first phase, utilities, water and sewage systems, as well as new garden irrigation infrastructure will be installed on an area of approximately 28,000 m². This basic infrastructure will create conditions for the further development of public spaces.
The second phase plans to renovate the paths, improve the greenery, install a pergola with climbing plants, a water path, a children’s playground, fountains and other public spaces. There is also the possibility of installing a seasonal outdoor café, which will add to the functionality and attractiveness of the garden in the future.
By carrying out general contracting works, UAB “EIKA Construction” will ensure construction project management, implementation of technical solutions and organization of works in accordance with the requirements for the modernization of the city’s public spaces. The EU structural funds, state and municipal investments allocated to the project will significantly contribute to the renovation of public infrastructure in the city center.
