The project “Antakalnio Panorama” was recognized by the state commission as suitable for use.

On January 22, the first  Eika Asset Management (EAM)’s EIKA Residential Fund residential project in Antakalnis, which began development in the summer of 2018, the state commission recognized it as suitable for use, thus declaring that the apartment building was completed.

Total investments in the project “Antakalnio panorama” reached 7 million EUR. The project located on Smėlio Street includes a 58-apartment 7-storey building with an underground parking lot for 52 cars, and a 1250 sq. m. square has been arranged and equipped next to the house.  In an A energy class building, the apartments have raised ceilings, heated floors, and glass windows. The apartments are not planned to have standard balconies, but clinker-finished recessed loggias, where residents will be able to enjoy complete privacy. The name of the project is justified by the panorama of the city and the Swiss forest, which opens from the upper floors. The project is distinguished by a wide choice of apartment layouts, as many as 15 different ones, and spacious apartment areas.

Currently, there are 11 vacant apartments left in the project, you can view them here.
