The new EIKA business center “135” opened its doors almost full – 86 percent of the building has already been leased

Real estate developer EIKA, which manages several office buildings in Vilnius and Klaipėda, has added another exceptional building to its commercial property portfolio – on February 23, it officially opened its doors to the urban development “underground” interior style business center “135” with a roof terrace, an inner courtyard and a modern conference center. On the official opening day, “135” is almost full – 86 percent of the building’s area has been leased.

According to EIKA CEO Domas Dargis, most of the tenants at 135 are IT specialists and representatives of well-known brands in the international market. The business center has already been leased by the information technology company Devbridge Group, the international marketing company Studio moderna, the furniture stores Bo Concept and Vilmers, the technological solutions and products development, manufacturing and distribution company ACME Grupė, and other companies.

The business center also houses the ČIOP ČIOP culinary studio, which offers all visitors high-quality daily lunches from cuisines from around the world and keeps the business center alive after working hours – events are organized here, an interactive bar is open, professional chef shows and other entertainment are organized. It is planned that in addition to the currently operating internal common spaces of the business center – a modern conference center and a hall – an internal courtyard and a roof terrace with an inspiring view of Vilnius will be installed in the spring.

“Having fully fulfilled the individual needs of the business center tenants, ensuring comfort, such as engineering, security solutions, specific layout of the premises or functional common spaces, we decided to take a bold step and move away from the usual perception of a workplace. We also offered the employees of “135” a non-standard, inspiring work environment – a bright business center lobby, conference center halls decorated with drawings, and currently drawings are being created individually for each company located in the business center. This is our gift to them – we want the building to become not only a workplace for us and the companies located here, but also to evoke emotions.” – says Domas Dargis, General Director of EIKA.

The “135” lounge welcomes employees and guests in a different way than is usual in new business centers in the capital – with bright colors and an impressively large graffiti drawing on the wall. After the successfully implemented project “TOWARDS THE ARTS” in 2015, during which EIKA, before demolishing the abandoned Ambulance Station building, together with VDA students and contemporary artists, transformed it into a temporary space for events and art installations, it continues to develop this idea within the walls of the new business center.
