The last apartments in the “Tilto-12” project have been sold these days. A total of 33 owners have purchased housing in the project. The owners of the “Tilto-12” apartments are happy with the strategically convenient, old-town street steeped in the history of the Radziwill Manor, connecting Vilniaus Street with Cathedral Square. The reconstruction of the building began in the second quarter of 2015 and was completed in the first quarter of 2016. When reconstructing the building in the eclectic style of the late 19th century – early 20th century, authenticity was combined with modern architectural solutions. The apartments are characterized by solutions that have preserved the spirit of the old town: high ceilings, authentic arches and vaults preserved on the basement floor of the building, thick external walls, wooden windows and doors, wide window sills.
EIKA is transferring its good experience in “Tiltos-12” and other buildings to projects currently under construction in or near the Old Town of Vilnius: “Live Square” and “Vytauto 35”.
