The company’s new office impresses clients and helps sign contracts faster

Real estate development company Eika moved to new premises in June, the interior of which they took care of themselves. The company asked for help from professionals from Russia only in planning the spaces. The new office has tried to reflect the company’s philosophy, and to their own surprise, the newly equipped premises in the old building help them sign contracts with potential tenants faster.

The decision to move or renovate the office, according to Eika CEO Domas Dargis, took several years and was finally prompted by one of the building’s tenants. “We were located in the old premises for more than 10 years, during which time we expanded significantly. However, when the crisis hit, the number of employees decreased significantly, so we kept postponing the move. One of the tenants of Verslos trikampis needed larger premises in one building, so we decided to give them their own and move to another building. This was the impetus to finally move to new premises,” D. Dargis told reporters during a tour of the new office.
