Solo Society, located in Vilnius, became the first hybrid hotel in the Baltic States

Solo Society Vilnius, which belongs to EIKA Group, begins a new phase – becoming the first hybrid hotel in the Baltic States. Presenting itself under the slogan “Both sides”, the project will combine short-term stay, longer stay and work, recreation and community spaces under one roof. The hotel is rated 3 plus stars.

New accommodation format

On Thursday, the capital St. On Steponas Street, representatives of the tourism sector and other guests gathered for the opening of the new phase of “Solo Society”. The first hybrid hotel in the Baltic States is presented here, combining short-term and long-term stay options in one building with modern common areas: kitchens, work and rest areas, laundry, gym, roof terrace, games area, cinema space and closed bicycle and scooter storage.

Until now, “Solo Society” was known to Vilnius residents and guests of the city as the largest co-living house project in Lithuania. The new phase changes this experience – the project enters the hotel market, but preserves what distinguishes it from traditional accommodation: more common spaces, flexibility and services offered for a more comfortable everyday life.

“Global trends show that the accommodation market is changing rapidly. People are less and less looking for just a bed for the night or just a long-term rental solution. They want flexibility, quality and a clear structure of services in one place, where they can live, work and feel part of the community. We believe that this format has great potential and this is just the beginning,” says EIKA Group CEO Domas Dargis.

Everything you need for a comfortable life

“Solo Society” will offer customers different types of rooms – from 17-20 square meters. meters of studio-type rooms to more spacious ones, 22-24 sq. meters of Studio Plus, Twin or Superior rooms. They feature comfortable beds, work spaces, private bathrooms, wireless internet, and private kitchenettes in all rooms. Room prices depend on the season and hotel availability.

The building, which opened its doors in September 2023, consists of almost 8 thousand. sq. meters of area. The company’s data shows that the average age of Solo Society residents is 29 years old, and people from more than 80 countries of the world have already settled in the project. In order to create additional value, up to 15 free events are organized here every year for the benefit of the building community.

“The project has been in existence for three years, which allowed us to clearly understand the customers’ habits, needs and priorities, so we are fully prepared for this change. We have 269 rooms – more than half of them will go to the hotel for short-term stays, and the other half for long-term stays. Reservations are already filling up quickly, so we see that the market really needed a flexible format. We want the guest to find everything they need for a comfortable life here,” says Solo Society manager Kristina Visconti.
