Sales of apartments in the third phase of the Mindaugo Baltas lapas project, developed by the real estate development company Eika, have begun. After all apartments have been sold in the first phase, and with a small number of apartments remaining in the second phase, the third phase of the project will add another 51 apartments to the offer in Naujamiestis.
The third phase of the project continues in the inner part of the plot. The project will be supplemented by 2 more houses, the height of which is 5 and 6 floors, with 51 apartments designed in them, the size of which ranges from 24 to 99 sq. m. Due to the felt demand of customers, at this stage, a larger part of the supply is occupied by 3-4-room apartments, which will be able to accommodate larger families or customers who want more space.
The first phase of the project is currently fully completed, with settlers already settling in and living there. Phase II should be completed in the first quarter of 2021. Phase III of the project is planned to be completed in a year, and the entire project in 2023.
According to EIKA Development Manager Martynas Žibūda, “Mindaugo Baltas lapas” is a project that has attracted one of the greatest interest and sympathy from customers. The apartments are of interest to both residents of the New Town living in the surrounding area, as well as residents from other microdistricts and Lithuanian cities. This is not surprising, because the project is perfectly adapted to the modern city dweller: solid and expressive architecture, smart underfloor heating, high ceilings, large windows, a fenced and camera-monitored territory, bicycle storage, underground parking and play areas surrounded by greenery in the inner courtyard. “In addition, the project is in a particularly good location in the city, on the border of the New Town and the Old Town, which, as we see, is also appreciated by customers,” says M. Žibūda.
The inner courtyard of the Mindaugas Baltos lapas project is being designed to become an oasis of peace in the city center. It includes children’s playgrounds and recreation areas for teenagers and older people. The underground parking lot has 231 parking spaces, which residents of all project stages will be able to purchase and safely store their cars. The project houses meet the requirements of class A+.
The architectural solutions for the project were developed by the architectural group UAB Unitectus, whose vision was to create a project that would blend into the architecture of the Old Town and the New Town, with each house having its own character, style or facade.
The project is being developed on a 1.26 ha plot, where a total of 10 apartment buildings and 330 apartments will be built, and investments in the entire project will amount to EUR 35.5 million.
