The sales of apartments in the fourth and final phase of the Mindaugo Baltas lapas project, developed by the real estate development company EIKA, are starting. The fourth phase of the project will add another 29 apartments and 4 commercial premises to the offer in Naujamiestis. This will be the last building in this project, in which 3.9 million euros will be invested.
The fourth phase of the project continues on Agoonų Street, next to the III-th phase apartment buildings. The project will be supplemented by another building, the height of which is 6 floors, with 29 apartments planned, the size of which is from 27 to 69 sq m. m. Here you can also purchase 4 commercial premises, the size of which will be from 29 to 120 sq m. m. The IV-th phase will be the last opportunity to live in the “Mindaugos Baltas lapas” project and will crown the construction of the entire block, which began in November 2018. At present, the first two phases have been completely completed, the construction of the III-th phase of the project is already nearing completion, it is planned to complete them in the first quarter of 2022. The entire project “Mindaugos Baltas lapas” is planned to be completed in 2023.

The architectural solutions of the project were developed by the architectural group Unitectus, whose vision was to create a project that blends into the architecture of the Old Town and the New Town. Mindaugo Baltas lapas is a residential block of apartment buildings in the New Town designed for active people, with its architecture adopting the best features of the Old Town and closed blocks in the city so that people’s lives there would be filled with peace, privacy, and, if necessary, the hustle and bustle of the Old Town. The project is being developed on a 1.26 ha plot, where a total of 9 apartment buildings and 345 property units will be built, and investments in the entire project will amount to 39 million euros.
