Result of the EIKA innovation program: real estate management platform

EIKA has created a platform – mano.eika.lt, where customers who have purchased a home can see all the information related to the purchased home in one place online. The platform was born in the context of the Innovation Program, which is being implemented within the company for the third year, at the initiative of employees, in order to reduce technical work by providing customers with information about their purchased property..

Developers usually provide apartment-related information to clients either on a USB drive or in paper format attached to the contract. According to EIKA CEO Domas Dargis, this is an innovation not only in the Lithuanian real estate market but also in the world. We have not found such a platform that we could apply to solve the issue of the convenience of providing apartment documents to clients and the efficiency of our internal processes. Therefore, using the internal innovation program, we decided to create it ourselves.

The platform can be accessed both on a phone and a computer, and some of the system information on the platform can be accessed offline, so mano.eika.lt can be used even when there is no internet connection on the device being used.

Customers are invited to join the platform as soon as they sign a preliminary contract. The system shows the steps for purchasing a home, which will make it easier to complete the home purchase and settlement processes. They will also have all the most important contacts at hand, so they will always know where and with what questions they should contact. They will be able to view the plans, drawings, as-built photos, instructions and energy performance certificate of the purchased apartment, and a list of contractors. They will be able to familiarize themselves with the rules for performing finishing work and will be able to delve into the description of partial finishing. If customers notice defects in their home, they will be able to submit a warranty service request in the system, view their submitted requests and their status, and also see the actions of the warranty service department and comments related to the submitted request. They will also have the contacts of contractors and will be able to familiarize themselves with the warranty service procedure.

All information provided on the platform is protected by passwords created by customers, so it is only accessible to the owner of the property and the platform administrators.

The mano.eika.lt platform can already be used by EIKA clients who have purchased housing in the projects – “EIKA Namai Pilaitė” (Karaliaučiaus St.), “Bajorų alėjos”, “Vytauto 35”, “Live Square” and “Namų pynės”, “Balto lapos” and “Antakalnio panorama”.

The goal of the innovation program is to strengthen EIKA’s competitiveness by implementing innovative and sustainable solutions for customers and within the company.

“We plan to continue developing the platform by adding new features. Our goal is to make it simple, easily accessible, comprehensive and user-friendly, so that our clients always know where to look for information related to the real estate they have purchased. At the same time, we will continue the company’s innovation program, thanks to which we believe we will be able to deliver even more innovative solutions to clients,” says Domas Dargis, CEO of EIKA.
