EIKA offers a wide range of housing options: from economy to prestigious apartments with partial finishing or already furnished apartments. You will have the opportunity to visit the following projects:
“EIKA House in Pilaitė” – a settlement of high-quality new houses with a well-developed infrastructure in a quiet part of Vilnius. One house in this project will be sold only with full finishing. While the house is being built, virtual reality equipment will help the client choose the most suitable finishing combination, which will allow them to see how the apartment will look with specific kitchen furniture or selected tiles used in reality.
“135” – a project created for people who are inspired by the fast-paced city life. Live fast – get to work without wasting time in traffic jams, and travel to your favorite places for leisure and shopping simply by walking or cycling.
“Alleys of Nobles” – a unique low-rise housing settlement in Bajorai, designed in such a way that you want to live, grow, and enjoy the peace and quiet.
“Home braids” – a new settlement in the capital, on Tuskulėnų Street, made up of seven apartment buildings, in a special, bread-scented place in Vilnius. Apartments with a comfortable layout in cozy, economical houses.
“Domino House” – this is a cozy and comfortable house in Jerusalem, in a quiet neighborhood of individual houses. There are three apartments left in the project, two of them are fully finished. All apartments are sold together with a parking space for a car.
