The business center “Flow” located at Lvivo St. 21A, developed and managed by “EIKA Development”, invites all city residents and guests to visit the 16th floor on a landscaped terrace with areas for work and relaxation. It is planned that it will be free and publicly accessible on weekdays from 9:00 to 21:00 until September 30.
Upon entering the business center’s terrace, a mesmerizing panorama of Vilnius opens up: the roofs of the Old Town, the Neris River, Gediminas Castle and the surrounding districts. The 490 sq. m. terrace is one of the largest, greenest and highest in Vilnius, where guests will be able not only to look around, but also to swing and take pictures on the swings on the roof, which are closer to the clouds.
Coffee and food lovers will find the Eskedar Coffee coffee bar and restaurant 12 on the first floor, and those who miss the pleasures of the SPA can visit the salt room Druskos pasakos or the massage house Pranci located right here.
According to Martynas Žibūda, CEO of EIKA Development, the new business center is unique in its architecture, comfort, and the highest standards of sustainability, and is focused on the well-being, well-being, and wellness of employees. “I am glad that all citizens, not just our tenants, can now enjoy the impressive terrace and exceptional views, so I invite everyone to stop by,” shared M. Žibūda.
When developing Flow, solutions were sought that would make the building environmentally friendly even at the design stage, so from the very first steps it was decided to comply with the international sustainable building standard BREEAM, which sets extremely high requirements for environmental impact, energy saving, water quality, materials and land use. Among other things, this commercial project has installed advanced ventilation, irrigation, efficient heating and lighting systems, some of which also comply with the WELL sustainability standard, which ensure comfort and a sustainable environment for every working day. There are only a few such buildings in Vilnius so far. Flow is also one of the most sustainable business centers in the Baltic States.
Currently, the occupancy rate of the business center premises is more than 70 percent. Companies such as Elektrum Lietuva, Workland, Creditinfo Lietuva, Baltic Amadeus, Omberg group, Turicum, etc. are already located here.
