One of the largest call centers in Lithuania will be located in the “135” business center

The new business center “135”, which will open its doors in the fourth quarter of 2016, will house one of the largest call centers in Lithuania. The owner of the call center, the Slovenian company “Studio moderna”, operates in 20 countries in Central and Eastern Europe.. A direct marketing company that has been selling brands such as Dormeo, TopShop, Delimano, Walkmaxx, etc. in Lithuania for 13 years has chosen the premises of a new business center being built by the Eika group of companies on Žalgirio Street for the expansion of its office.

 

According to Rita Janušauskaitė, the regional executive director of Studio moderna, when deciding to change the location of its head office, the company placed considerable demands on office builders – premises for two call centers (day and night shifts), where more than 200 employees work at the same time, had to comply with specific workplace regulations. This significantly narrowed down the choice of premises. “The main requirements were spacious, bright, economical premises and new technologies that allow ensuring the right temperature for work and the amount of fresh air. One space for all employees, comfortable premises for both meetings and relaxation, which is very important for work to continue to be as smooth and productive,” says R. Janušauskaitė. Since about 70% of the company’s employees are students, who especially need convenient public transport, one of the criteria was the geographical location of the business center. Another important factor was bicycle storage and shared showers with changing rooms in the business center “135”.

 

“The company “Studio moderna” will rent the second floor of the office building “135”. We are pleased that the Lithuanian representative office of the company with more than 316 million customers worldwide has decided to move its workplaces to the business center being built on Žalgirio Street, this is a great appreciation for us”, – says Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Lep Property Management Department. In the business center “135” being built by the company “Eika”, much attention has been paid to convenient and functional space planning and engineering systems. According to G. Brūzgė, one of the biggest advantages of the engineering systems of the business center “135” is the installed irrigation system. It is predicted that in the near future the irrigation system will become a mandatory requirement in B+ and A class office buildings. There are fewer solid particles and dust in the humidified room, the static charge is reduced, so employees feel more comfortable and their productivity increases. The heating and cooling systems of the premises will be installed according to the orientation of the windows in relation to the world, to the north or south, and the raised floors will allow for flexible re-planning of the layout of the workplaces. “The business center “135” is planned to have 150 secured bicycle spaces, shared showers, a terrace, an inner courtyard with recreation and entertainment areas, and a conference center with modern teleconferencing equipment,” adds an employee of “Eika”.
