Real estate (RT) development company Omberg group has concluded a lease agreement with Eika, the developer of the Flow business center, for office space of almost 500 sq. m..
The construction of the 15 thousand sq. m. Flow building at Lvivo St. 21A began in the summer of 2021, with construction expected to be completed by the end of 2023. Although the official opening of the 20-story business center is planned for the beginning of next year, Omberg Group plans to move to a modern office on the 13th floor of the building by the end of this year.
“We have been creating homes dear to the hearts of Vilnius residents for ten years, so we hope that the new office will also become a home dear to the hearts of our team. I believe that the new location will provide even more stimulus for our ideas and creativity, and the innovative and exclusive Omberg group projects born here will adorn Vilnius for decades to come and help us remain one of the largest housing developers in Lithuania,” says Dalia Andrulionienė, head of Omberg group.
Positive human experiences
The slogan of the Flow project – “Focus your thoughts for the day” – denotes the most important elements of the Flow philosophy: disciplined concentration, intellectual activity and the areas of expression of this activity. In order to reflect this philosophy not only in brand communication, but also in real life by providing the most positive human experiences to future tenants, we invested in the quality, durability and cutting-edge solutions of the building, which, by eliminating external stimuli in the work or leisure environment, will ensure the well-being of employees and allow them to successfully move towards their daily goals. I believe that after evaluating these building quality parameters, market colleagues chose our business center,” said Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Asset Management Department of Eika, which is developing the project.
In addition to previously announced companies such as the independent electricity supplier Elektrum Lietuva, the business management consulting company Turicum, a company operating in the air transport sector, the restaurant 12, or the company Baltic Amadeus, which develops unique IT solutions and consults on digitalization issues, the operator of a salt room and massage parlor has also signed a contract for the lease of premises at Flow. Currently, almost half of the business center premises have been leased.
The investment of the real estate development company “Eika” in the business center, which consists of two connected buildings – 15 and 20 floors, will exceed 42.5 million euros. The authors of the project are “Architektūros kūrybinė grupė” with the lead architect Remigijus Bimba.
