New project “Antakalnios panorama” – green leisure space for residents of the district

Green areas – forests, parks, water bodies – are one of the main criteria when choosing a home.  According to psychologists, nature has a positive impact on our well-being, causes positive emotions, so the place where we choose to live is of particular importance for the quality of life. Taking this into account, real estate developers are increasingly contributing to the creation of green areas near their projects..

For specific settlements and real estate projects, environmental improvement projects and the creation of new spaces are being prepared in order for nature to provide residents with more positive emotions, says J. Šavelskis, sales manager of ,,Eika”. One such example is the planned, public, green leisure area in front of the residential building project ,,Antakalnio panorama, which is planned to be completed this year. The previously unused territory located next to Antakalnio street will be transformed into a 1250 sq. m. square, where all residents and guests of Antakalnio will be able to spend time. The green park being created will separate life in a comprehensively developed, extremely good strategic location in Vilnius close to the center from the hustle and bustle of the city. This initiative aims to create a cozy and tidy space for all people who want to leave their homes, rest and be outdoors, and chat with their neighbors.

It is planned to plant trees and ornamental plants in the area. It also includes the improvement of the pavement of pedestrian paths and their adaptation to public needs, the integration of small architecture, the installation of a recreation area – new benches, trash cans, bicycle racks. A modern lighting system will be installed in the managed area. Such spaces near the house allow people to spend more time away from home, to move their favorite activities – reading books, meditation, playing with a pet, etc. outdoors. A cozy play environment is created next to the house, where all the little residents can have fun.

According to psychologist Olegs Lapinas, nature provides peace, silence for the ears, fresh air, trees and the opportunity to be alone. It is easier to hide in nature than in the city, – says the psychologist. For those looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city with the opportunity to quickly return to city life, Antakalnis, which is also the greenest district of Vilnius, would be the most suitable choice. Antakalnis has a lot of natural nature – forests, hills, a river, and more than one park. This district is appreciated by people who want a close connection with nature and a short distance from the city center.

The project “Antakalnio Panorama”, scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2019, includes 58 apartments with 15 different layouts. In an A energy class building, the apartments will have raised ceilings, heated floors, and glass windows. The apartments will not have standard balconies, but clinker-finished recessed loggias, where residents will be able to enjoy complete privacy. An underground parking lot will be installed under the house for parking cars. The name of the project is justified by the panorama of the city and the Swiss forest, which opens from the upper floors, and private terraces of up to 20 sq m will be created on the first floors. During the summer period, discounts from EUR 3,000 will be applied to the project. More information https://antakalniopanorama.lt/
