On October 1, 2024, a new board of the EIKA Group was elected, the members of which will hold office for four years. Dr. Virginijus Lepeška, who has many years of experience in management, business consulting, and participation in the boards of other companies, joined the board.
Robertas Dargis will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board of EIKA Group, while Domas Dargis and Violeta Dargienė will also remain as members. Aldona Popovienė has resigned from the Board after completing her term.
Dr. Virginijus Lepeška is a management consultant who has been advising organizations on strategic management, operational efficiency, and organizational change implementation for more than 25 years. Dr. V. Lepeška founded the OVC Consulting company, which has been successfully operating on the market for almost 30 years, and is now a leading training and consulting company in Lithuania.
Dr. V. Lepeška is directly involved in business management by serving on the boards of various companies. Previously, he was a member of the boards of Lietuvos Energija, Novaturas and other companies, and is currently a member of the board of Kosmelita.
