New Eika apartment building in Pilaitė recognized as suitable for use

Currently, more than 75 percent of the apartments in the new 9-story, 71-apartment building have already been sold. The house still has 2-room apartments waiting for new residents, the most of which have been designed. The most popular in this building were larger 3-room and 1-room, studio-type apartments, with an area of ​​​​28 to 31 m² .

“Buyers of new apartments in Pilaitė are most pleased with their low heating bills, as these houses are among the 5 percent of the most economical and least energy-consuming houses in Lithuania,” says project manager Jolanta Dobradziejienė. The average heating cost in these houses, maintaining a room temperature of 20-21 ^ohC temperature, 1.85 litas per square meter per month.

 

The yard of the new house has not only a children’s playground, but also a sports area with a table tennis table for active recreation enthusiasts. According to the head of the development project, this is not only entertainment and sports, but also an opportunity to get to know and communicate with neighbors.

Currently, Eika is building a new 7-storey apartment building, where buyers will be able to move in at the beginning of next year. About a third of the apartments in the building, which began construction in the summer, have already been purchased, and the most popular are the functional 1-room apartments with balconies. The prices of new apartments in the houses being built by Eika in Pilaitė range from 3,500 litas to 4,500 litas per square meter.

 

In 2013, the company “Eika” plans to invest more than 27 million litas in the construction of apartment buildings and a shopping center in Pilaitė. The company has already built 11 apartment buildings, a shopping center “Pupa”, and a multi-storey car park in Pilaitė. Almost 900 families have settled in these houses. Also this year, construction of a 5,000 square meter shopping center began in Pilaitė, which should open its doors next year. By 2015, “Eika” plans to build a total of about 250 new apartments in Pilaitė.
