More than half of the area in the newly built business center “Jasinskio 2” managed by “EIKA Development” has already been leased: the law firm “Ellex Valiūnas” will be located here, and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands will also move into high-quality, modern premises, having signed an agreement for the lease of premises with an area of 552 sq. m.
The 7,300 sq m administrative building, which will be erected next to Taura Hill, will have 6 floors and a 2-story underground parking lot. Although the construction permit for the Jasinskio 2 business center was issued only at the end of January, it can already boast two large tenants. The law firm Ellex Valiūnas will be located on the top three floors of the new business center, with a great view of the future House of the Nation, and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands will be located on the 2nd floor.
“Lithuanian-Dutch relations are increasingly flourishing, which means that our team needs larger premises to meet the growing needs of our diplomatic mission. Fortunately, we have found a solution – modern premises in the newly built business center of our reliable partner “EIKA”. In a strategically convenient location, close to the Seimas, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, National Defense and other important institutions. This move not only reflects the strength of our partnership, but also ensures even greater efficiency and accessibility for our diplomatic needs,” says HE Ambassador Jack Twiss Quarles van Ufford.
“Jasinskio 2” will be located not only in a great and well-known location in Vilnius, but will also meet all the highest quality standards. The project will implement advanced irrigation, ventilation, heating and lighting systems and will comply with the international sustainable building standard BREEAM and aim to obtain a BREEAM Excellent rating. Thus, tenants and guests will be able to enjoy modern, new A++ energy class spaces in the heart of the city.
Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of the Property Management Department at EIKA Development, is pleased that the ranks of tenants in the new business center are filling up at a fairly rapid pace. “We have only once again convinced ourselves that this location is attractive and convenient for Vilnius residents. Tauros kalnas is a historically significant place known to all Vilnius residents and visiting guests, so the business center we are building will be easy to find for everyone. We really notice a lack of new, modern and high-quality offices that would be located in this city location – near the center and the Old Town. Jasinskio 2 will not only have an excellent location, but will also meet all the highest construction and building management standards, and the latest engineering systems will be installed. The growing number of tenants once again proves that companies value a high-quality working environment, and sustainability is becoming one of the most important aspects when choosing a new office,” shares G. Brūzgė.
The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025. The company’s investments in this business space will exceed 34 million euros.
