Live Square will reduce the shortage of prestigious housing in Vilnius city center

EIKA is launching sales of prestigious apartments in the new project “Live Square”. Here, in addition to residential buildings, there will also be a modern business center, a public space with an outdoor terrace on the roof for city residents, and the first hotel of the world-famous chain “Hilton Garden Inn” in Lithuania. It is planned that the first settlers will move into three houses with balconies and terraces in 2019.

“Live Square” prestigious residential buildings will be built in the very center of Vilnius, on Dainavos Street, located near the intersection of Gedimino Avenue and V. Kudirkos Street. The new project will consist of a three-story building (three, four and five floors), which will feature 65 prestigious apartments, 18 creative workshops and 6 commercial premises. Future residents will be able to choose from 1-4-room apartments with spacious balconies and terraces.

“We wanted to create a place in Vilnius that would organically connect offices, shops, residential buildings and tourist attractions into one place. We thought not only about convenience, which is extremely important when living in the city, but also about the new experience that this space would provide people. We want the residents of Live Square to be able to use all the advantages of living in the city center, and when they return home, they would enjoy the peace and privacy that residential buildings with an internal courtyard designed a little further away from the entire complex will provide,” says Tomas Žiaugra, EIKA Development Project Manager, sharing the project vision.

High ceilings, reaching up to 3.7 meters, will give exclusivity and space to the “Live Square” apartments. The comfort of residents will be ensured by underfloor heating, a ventilation system with a heat exchanger (recuperation), intelligent heating control, natural wood windows and durable facade materials. An underground parking lot with 66 parking spaces will be equipped for residents.

The total area of the Live Square complex will be about 18 thousand sq. m, and the value will be about 49 million euros. Three residential buildings will make up 4.7 thousand sq. m. The project is being implemented by the urban development company EIKA, the architectural part is being developed by the architectural group Unitectus and landscape architects Terra Firma LT.
