Currently, the multifunctional complex “Live Square” on Gedimino Avenue is completing the final welfare and interior decoration works and the mood for housewarming is growing. Since the beginning of May, premises have gradually begun to be handed over to the tenants of the business center and shopping gallery and the restaurant operator for installation and settlement. The hotel “Hilton Garden Inn” expects to welcome the first guests in the second half of July. Customers who have purchased apartments in the residential part of the complex are also living with housewarming worries, and the remaining unsold apartments in the complex are only 5 apartments..
As already announced, the premises in the business center were leased just halfway through construction, and last fall, an intensive search was underway for a restaurant operator. According to Giedrius Brūzgė, Director of EIKA’s Property Management Department, the emergence of a restaurant operator before the opening of the complex is a great success. “Back in February, the restaurant and roof terrace operation agreement was signed with the team of “Restoranas 4″ located in Palanga,” says an EIKA representative.
Currently, almost 200 sq. m. of restaurant space is being installed on the first floor of the business center and about 250 sq. m. of area on the roof terrace. “For now, we would like to maintain the intrigue and reveal the secret of the concept when opening the restaurant. But we believe that we will be able to surprise Vilnius residents and city guests using our successful three-year experience of breaking seasonal standards at the seaside,” says Vesta Žemaitė, director of “Restoranas 4”.
The start of operations is in June, the entire complex will be fully functional by the end of the summer.
Starting in June, the law firm “Sorainen”, the first co-working center in the Baltic States “Spaces”, the coffee bar “Vero Cafe”, the pharmacy “Benu”, the flower salon “Florisima”, the Swiss watch store “Zeneva”, the teahouse “Formosa”, the store “Narvesen” and the first new concept “Rimi Express” store are planning to gradually start operating in the business center and shopping gallery.
Currently, there are several vacant spaces left in the shopping and entertainment gallery. “In some spaces, we are conceptually looking for a specialized food and beverage store with a possible space for a tasting room or a mini-bar, in others, we are forming a “boutique” fashion corner and are looking for candidates suitable for this concept,” says G. Brūzgė, sharing plans for filling the complex..
Customers who have purchased apartments currently have the opportunity to finish their homes and will likely move into their new homes over the summer, just as the last 5 unsold luxury apartments will find their owners.
The first guests at the Hilton Garden Inn are expected to check in after July 15.
