Today, EIKA has already joined the initiative of the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) to purchase protective equipment for Lithuanian medical workers to fight against coronavirus. Many colleagues and partners also support this initiative, which we are happy about, and we encourage everyone who can to contribute. Funds will be collected until Thursday, March 20.
The LNTPA says it has received information from doctors that hospitals are lacking protective kits, which include protective glasses, respirators, and overalls.inesons, etc. Doctor Prof. Vytautas Kasiulevičius announced that Lithuania currently needs at least 100,000 additional personal protective equipment.
