In Lithuania, the first opportunity for informed investors to access the secondary market of private equity funds is offered by the Eika Private Equity Secondaries Fund I fund established by Eika Asset Management, whose funds are invested in the Luxembourg-based fund established by StepStone Secondaries Opportunities Fund V, a US fund management company with many years of experience in the secondary fund market. “The establishment of this fund is the opening of new “gates” for small and medium-sized informed Lithuanian investors,” says Viktorija Orkinė, CEO of Eika Asset Management.
