The international capital and financial markets publication Euromoney has recognized Eika as the best real estate developer in Lithuania in 2021 at the international real estate (RT) awards, and this is the ninth time in the 17th year of the survey that the company has been recognized as the best real estate developer in our country..
As in the previous year, in 2021, Eika was recognized as the best residential project developer in Lithuania and, for the first time, was rated as the best real estate developer in the Central and Eastern European region.
The Euromoney Sector Awards evaluate companies based on the combined opinions of international property developers and construction companies, consultancies, financial institutions and investors. This year, 3,355 respondents from around the world participated in the survey.
According to Domas Dargis, CEO of Eika, each such achievement encourages us to maintain our leadership in creating spaces and developing cities, and it shows that our efforts are appreciated not only in Lithuania. “I was pleasantly surprised by the recognition in the Central and Eastern European region, it really encourages and encourages us to make decisions regarding expansion outside Lithuania,” says D. Dargis.
According to Euromoney, Eika was recognized as the best real estate development company in Lithuania in 2020, 2018, 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2008 and 2007; the best residential development company in Lithuania in 2020, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2010 and 2008; and the best mixed-use project development company in Lithuania in 2009. In 2020, it took second place in the green development sector.
