Euromoney recognized UAB Eika as the best real estate development company in Lithuania

The international capital and financial markets publication Euromoney has recognized UAB Eika as the best real estate development company in Lithuania. Last year, this publication awarded Eika second place in the same category.

“Such news is always fun, especially when you become a champion. Now we will try to maintain this title by further promoting architectural innovations and improving the quality of residential housing,” commented Robertas Dargis, director of the company “Eika”, on the nomination.

The Euromoney Real Estate Review presents the aggregated opinions of international real estate development companies, consultancies, financial institutions and investors from 50 countries. In the survey, participants identified the companies they believe offer the best services to the real estate business.
