The international capital and financial markets publication Euromoney has recognized EIKA as the best real estate developer in Lithuania in 2018 at its international real estate (RT) awards. In addition, the company maintained its first position in Lithuania as the best residential development company and rose to first place in the mixed-use projects category.
EIKA has been recognized for the 10th time out of 13 times by the Euromoney Awards, which are presented by summarizing the opinions of international real estate development and construction companies, consulting firms, financial institutions and investors.
This year, EIKA has also established itself among the top five in other categories – industrial/warehouses (4th place), leisure/hotels (2nd place), business centers (2nd place) and shopping centers (5th place). “This is an important, but at the same time binding assessment, which unites the company and its team in order to maintain the same high bar in the activities that we know best, for example, the development of residential housing projects. On the other hand, our emerging leadership in other real estate categories reveals our ability to achieve good results in a much wider spectrum of real estate development services,” says EIKA CEO Domas Dargis, evaluating the results of the study.
According to Euromoney, UAB Eika was recognized as the best real estate development company in Lithuania in 2013, 2012, 2011, 2010, 2008 and 2007, the best residential development company in Lithuania in 2017, 2016, 2010 and 2008, and the best mixed-use project development company in Lithuania in 2009.
