The buildings are planned for A++ energy class, and renewable solar energy is planned to be used for common needs.
The second quarter is formed around the preserved greenery of trees. As with other stages of the project, the residential infrastructure of “Klevų” is designed to promote community and leisure in the fresh air. Walking paths will be created, separate fun children’s playgrounds, a basketball court, and recreation areas for teenagers and seniors will be allocated for each stage. Construction is expected to be completed in 2023. III quarter.
“Considering the current severe housing shortage in Vilnius, we are continuing to develop the longest-matured EIKA settlement “Bajorų alėjas” and will offer almost a hundred new apartments to the market. “Bajorų alėjas” stands out in that, although it is located in the territory of Vilnius city, it is peaceful, quiet and full of nature, the forest can be reached in just a few minutes. At the same time, the apartment buildings are not in an empty space, EIKA has been developing the quarter for eight years and will continue to develop it, a friendly community is located here,” says Tomas Žiaugra, EIKA Development Manager.
In the first quarter of “Bajorų aleys”, a total of 10 apartment buildings, 153 apartments, have already been built. In the second quarter, one stage has already been built, two apartment buildings “Beržai” with 54 apartments. It is expected that the “Bajorų aleys” project will consist of three blocks in total. The project concept is associated with the idea of a botanical garden. The aim is to integrate the existing landscape, maintain and highlight existing natural elements, trees, and harmoniously combine nature and urban motifs. A stream flows in the center of the first quarter, and a children’s playground is integrated among the birches. The second quarter is designed around an existing forest. It is planned to continue the concept in the third quarter, which is currently being designed.
