The regions are increasingly attracting foreign investors looking for attractive investment objects. The first fashion and beauty shopping center in Utena County, Aušra, has already been acquired by a foreign investor. The real estate developer Eika, which implemented and managed the project, transferred the management of the shopping center to the real estate company Koba, which mediated the sale transaction.

“The sale of Aušra marks a clear increase in the investment attractiveness of the entire Utena county. Similar objects promote the development of regions and the growth of their economic power, so the role of developers is also growing: the attractiveness of investment objects depends on their competence,” says Viktorija Beatričė Radzevičienė, Development Director of Eika.

By forming the “Aušra” package of services and goods, “Eika” attracted the most popular brands in Lithuania, many of which opened their first points in Utena County. Among them are clothing chains “Apranga”, “Imitz” and “Lelija”, “Ibero” jewelry stores, “Čili” pizzeria – a total of 22 stores, a beauty salon, a solarium and a pizzeria, located in a 3,700 square meter retail area.
