“Go” Residential Fund” managed by UAB ,,Skroblų projektas” has completed a transaction in the industrial area located on Skroblų g. and thus confirmed its intentions to develop a new real estate project here. The construction of a residential project called ,,Mėlyni vilkai” is planned on a hectare plot.
The quarter, designed by UAB Eventus Pro architects, will be developed in two stages, during which a total of 275 apartments will be built, and the planned investment amount reaches 20.7 million euros. Now, after the successful completion of the transaction, the fund is also introducing the brand name of the future residential project, “Blue Wolves”, and its concept.
The residential quarter in Vilkpėde, created for the rational and visionary city dweller, will create excellent conditions for living close to the city center – residents will be able to enjoy active city life, near the bustling Naujamiestis, and at the same time – enjoy peace in a closed area away from the main objects of the center.
According to Martynas Žibūda, EIKA Development Manager, the location of the future project was not chosen by chance – the nearby Naujamiestis and station districts are undergoing a successful conversion phase and have become one of the most popular choices for living in the past few years. “The city is expanding, so Vilkpėdė, located next to Naujamiestis, and Skroblų Street, located on the border with Naujamiestis, have many prospects to follow the example of Naujamiestis’ success, and the future project is like a prelude to the renewal of this Vilnius microdistrict. We hope that it will interest everyone who is interested in the changes in the city of Vilnius and looking to the future prospects,” says M. Žibūda.

The yet-to-be-discovered location of the project dictated the guidelines for the project name and branding. The wolf appeared naturally, as a hint of the project area, and the blue color, rarely found in nature, emphasizes its uniqueness. The blue wolf is a phenomenon that has outlived its time and outsmarted conventional laws. At the same time, it is the hero of this project, accompanying buyers throughout the entire process.
The start of construction of the project is scheduled for the turn of 2020 and 2021, and the end – in 2024. “Blue Wolves” is the second residential project developed by the “Eika Residential Fund”, managed by UAB “Eika Asset Management”. UAB “Eika” was appointed as the project manager with the approval of the investors.
