EIKA is reorganizing and streamlining its operations by establishing new companies

The companies were established in accordance with the provisions of the laws on joint-stock companies and corporate income tax of the Republic of Lithuania, by separating the parts of activities from UAB EIKA, which from an organizational point of view constitute autonomous economic units that carry out activities and can perform functions at their own discretion.

Established companies and the economic units they manage:

EIKA CEO Domas Dargis: “By streamlining the company’s activities, we aim to more effectively manage both financial resources and risks, as well as human resources and expertise. Such separation of activities will allow the company to work more productively and focus on the most important thing – real estate development activities and expertise.”

The assets, transactions, rights and obligations of UAB EIKA, which continues its operations, will be transferred to the new companies in accordance with the terms of separation and the acceptance transfer act. This separation of activities will not have any impact on the employees working for UAB EIKA, they will continue to work for the same company. All companies will be part of the EIKA group of companies.
