“Eika” is entering new urban territories – construction and sales are starting in the group’s latest residential project on Kaminkelio St.

This week, Vilnius City Municipality issued a building permit for a new residential real estate (RT) project “Nauji peizažai” in Naujininkai, managed by UAB “Eika”. The construction of 3 houses with 103 apartments of various layouts has begun on an area of 0.55 ha. Investments in the new project, located at Kaminkelio g. 23, will amount to more than 16.5 million euros.

In the A++ energy class project, customers will be able to choose from 1-4-room, 24-115 sq. m. apartments. The first and last floors of the houses will have spacious private terraces of up to 25 sq. m., and the other floors will have balconies of up to 6 sq. m. 3 commercial premises are planned on the 1st floor of the building located next to Kaminkelio St. The completion of construction is planned for the second quarter of 2025. The project vision is being implemented by the architectural studio “A01 architects”.

According to Eika Development Director Tomas Žiaugra, the project “New Landscapes” invites you to rediscover Naujininkai and the advantages of this district. “In Naujininkai, more and more abandoned, industrial or industrial territories are being converted into new, modern residential or recreational areas. This helps the district to shake off old labels and gradually become one of the most promising places to live right next to the cultural life of the capital, the city center, but without losing the close relationship with nature, which is abundant here. Our project will be located on one of the most exclusive and quietest streets in this district – Kaminkelio g., which is dominated by individual houses, hills and huge green areas for recreation and entertainment. This is a place from which future residents will be able to reach relevant, daily visited places – scientific, medical facilities, shopping centers, in just a few minutes, but when they return home, they will be greeted by peace, privacy and new natural landscapes opening from terraces or balconies,” shares T. Žiaugra.

“New Landscapes” is the 7th residential project in Vilnius, currently managed by “Eika”. The company’s portfolio includes such projects as “Užupis Personas” in Užupis, “Mindaugos” and “Šv. Stepono Baltas lapas” in Naujamiestis, “Mėlyni Vilkai” in Vilkpėde, “Metų laikai” in Visoriai, “Bajorų alėjos” in Bajorai and the project “Saulės namai” in Pilaitė, which was presented to the public last week.

“New Landscapes” is the third residential project developed by the “Eika Development Fund”, managed by UAB “Eika Asset Management”. The real estate (RE) fund, established in July 2020, is focused on mixed-use RE investments.[vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”46888,46890,46892,46894,46896,46886″ img_size=”medium”]
