EIKA Group organized the first conference “What’s next: the era of transformations and future trends”

Yesterday, the first business event-conference “What’s next” organized by EIKA Group took place, during which, together with industry experts, significant future trends that could change cities and investments were examined. The participants of the event had a unique opportunity to be the first to see the Vilnius Airport Departure Terminal, which was being built by EIKOS statyba.

EIKA Group CEO Domas Dargis presented the company’s activities and future plans, emphasizing the importance of innovation and sustainability in the modern construction industry. One of the keynote speakers, Lukasz Platkowski, Head of Gensler Berlin, shared global trends that will undoubtedly affect urban development in the future. The discussion, which included Martynas Žibūda, Simonas Bartkus, Mantas Katinas and Tadas Jonauskis, addressed the question “Are our cities ready for transformations?”, seeking answers from various perspectives. Future investment opportunities and risks were discussed by a team of experts: Viktorija Venclovaitė Orkinė, Tomas Krakauskas, Indrė Genytė-Pikčienė and Mantas Mikuckas. They emphasized the importance of strategic thinking in investment planning.
