The Vilnius University Faculty of Medicine Science Center is a medical research complex dedicated to fundamental and applied health sciences research. The facility consists of six buildings housing nearly 900 rooms, with a total area of about 19,000 square meters. The project value, excluding equipment and furniture installed by the client, is nearly 50 million euros.

The center hosts an Institute of Translational Health Research, as well as laboratories for genetics, biomarkers, neurosciences, dentistry, cancer research, and digital medicine. A national biobank has been established in the building; research at high biological safety levels is conducted, and work in neurosciences, paleogenetics, and experimental medicine is carried out.
