Social housing homes

At Rambyno St. 14A in Klaipėda, a five-story social housing apartment building with a basement was built to expand the city’s social housing fund. The building contains 40 apartments, of which 20 are one-room and 20 are two-room, adapted to the needs of different households.

On the first floor of the building, eight apartments were designed for persons with mobility impairments and for families that include such persons, ensuring comfortable and independent use of the living spaces. The completed project has added a new, functional residential building to Klaipėda’s social housing infrastructure.
