„Nemunaičiai“

“Nemunaičiai” is a residential quarter on the Nemunas riverbank in Kaunas where living and working spaces are combined within a single area. This solution allows convenient balancing of everyday life and professional activities without moving away from the city center and the natural surroundings.

The quarter consists of five apartment buildings arranged so that views of the river and the Aleksotas slope open up between them, and the courtyards are bright and open. The buildings contain apartments of various sizes — from smaller to more spacious — oriented both toward the surroundings and to a comfortable interior layout.

Shared recreational areas have been created between the buildings with greenery, outdoor terraces and a children’s playground. The quarter was designed so that residents have clearly separated but easily accessible spaces for living, working and leisure.
