Commercial building in Mozūriškės street

A commercial building is being designed on Mozūriškių Street, which will be built on a plot of 11,000 sq. m. The five-storey building with an additional floor for car parking is designed as a functional administrative and commercial facility.

The total floor area of the building will reach 11,690 sq. m, and the interior premises will be adapted to accommodate up to 968 workstations. The project includes 387 parking spaces. The building will meet the requirements of the A+ energy efficiency class.
