Administrative building Sėlių g. 3A

Administrative building Sėlių St. 3A – a small-scale boutique-type business center is being constructed for office use. The total building area is 7,769 sq. m. The project foresees an A++ energy efficiency class and BREEAM In-Use certification, and the building’s engineering solutions are focused on efficient energy use, a good microclimate and indoor comfort.

The project implements sustainable operational solutions, uses green energy, provides individual indoor climate control and a high level of acoustic comfort. The building is designed with large glazed windows, parking adapted for electric vehicles, bicycle storage facilities and landscaped grounds. The administrative building is being built in the Žvėrynas district of Vilnius, where compact, specialized business developments are taking shape.
