Eika begins construction of a new apartment building in Pilaitė

 

This year, Eika invested 24 million litas in the development of the settlement in Pilaitė, building two 7- and 9-story apartment buildings. All apartments in the seven-story building on M.Mažvydo St. have already been sold, and more than 60 percent of the apartments in the nine-story building have been sold.

 

The construction of the apartment building in Pilaitė, which began in September, is expected to be completed by the summer of 2012. In this building, buyers will have the option of choosing one-, two- and three-room apartments of various sizes. All apartments for sale have balconies. The price of the apartments ranges from 3,600 litas to 4,500 litas per square meter.

 

 “Eika”, which began development in Pilaitė in 2007, has already built 9 apartment buildings and the shopping center “Pupa”. More than 500 new residents have settled in these houses. By mid-2014, it is planned to build another 5 apartment buildings, which will house more than 300 new apartments.
