Eika became the best real estate development company in Lithuania in 2012

Eika recognized as the best real estate development company in Lithuania in 2012. Eika has been named the best development company for the third time in a row in the awards organized by the capital and financial markets publication Euromoney.

The prestigious magazine’s property awards recognise the achievements of real estate companies in more than 50 countries. According to Euromoney editor Clive Horwood, the annual property awards recognise those who are able to work quickly, respond to market changes and innovate, and successfully leverage their company’s strengths.

 

London-based magazine “Eiką” recognized the company as the best real estate development company in 2011, 2010, 2008, and 2007.
