“As real estate developers, we constantly feel the interest of investors in the projects we develop – we often receive offers to sell one or another object. From now on, we will be able to offer investors to become project partners through a specially created financial structure supervised by the Bank of Lithuania,” says Domas Dargis, CEO of the Eika Group of Companies.
The planned priority investment direction is residential and commercial projects and commercial buildings that ensure a stable rental income stream. “The market for fund investment structures in the Baltic States is still quite young and small, but we feel its great potential and growing market demand. We notice that if a few years ago professional investors were interested almost exclusively in developed projects with a stable investment return, now they are inclined to take greater risks and join the project at an early stage of development,” notes D. Dargis. The investment management company will offer specific products for investors already in the autumn of this year.
