The second phase of the “Namų pynės” project is starting – construction work and sales of the new seven-story apartment building “Ajeras” are starting. The new A-energy class building plans 53 apartments with balconies and terraces, mostly two- and three-room apartments (19 each), as well as 13 one-room and several four-room apartments.
In the second phase of the project, which has begun, another apartment building will be built – the nine-story “Linas”, which will add another 69 apartments to the new apartment market. It is planned that by the end of the project’s implementation, throughout all four phases, more than 400 families will settle in the quarter.
The construction of the first two houses – “Saulėgrąža” and “Aguona” – is currently being completed, residents will move in this summer, and it is planned that the construction of the second stage, together with the underground parking lot, will be completed in August next year.
