UAB “EIKA Construction” (formerly – UAB “Eikos statyba”) has completed the construction of a new three-story administrative building with a shop in the Pilaitė microdistrict of Vilnius. The building was erected on a 2.78 ha plot, its total area reaches 5.8 thousand sq. m. Investments in the facility and environmental improvement amounted to about 10 million euros.
The first floor is equipped with “IKI” trading hall with auxiliary premises, staff canteen and premises for rent. Spacious administrative office premises are planned on the second and third floors. The building is designed according to the highest modern standards and meets the A++ energy efficiency class.
In implementing this general contracting project, EIKA Construction carried out all construction work, ensuring that the new building will become a modern space for both retail and office activities. This is another commercial building construction project contributing to the development of the city of Vilnius.
