UAB “Eika” as the project manager begins the construction and sales of the residential project “Metų laikai”. The new project will be built on an area of 2.579 hectares, on a land plot acquired by “Eika Development Fund”, at the address Visorių g. 27, Vilnius. The first construction phase will last from the second quarter of 2022 to the fourth quarter of 2023. During it, it is planned to build 122 apartments. In total, 620 apartments will be offered during the four construction phases.
According to Jolanta Dobradziejienė, Deputy Development Director of Eika, the project “Seasons” is being created in a place in Vilnius where a person can cultivate an urban lifestyle and at the same time use the opportunities provided by natural nature. “It is easy to fall in love with Visorias as a district, because everything a resident may need is within easy reach – kindergartens, schools, medical institutions, shopping centers or health clubs. Those who like to spend active time in nature will find walking trails, MTB bike trails, interesting and challenging jogging routes here, and those in a hurry to the city center will be able to reach it via one of the main city transport arteries – Geležinio vilko and Ateities streets. This is a place where everyone can realize their everyday life,” says J. Dobradziejienė.
The project is the first investment of the Eika Development Fund, managed by UAB Eika Asset Management (EAM). EAM currently also manages the Eika Residential Fund and Eika Real Estate Fund. According to experts, living in the Visoriai district will become more and more comfortable every year.
“We believe that “Seasons of the Year” will create a lot of added value for this district – next to the project being developed, a road section on Visorių Street will be renovated, a traffic circle and a bicycle path will be installed, a space for the community to gather will be created in front of the block, and we will abundantly plant greenery in the adjacent spaces. The project territory borders a forest on the northern side, so future residents will be able to find themselves surrounded by nature as soon as they leave their homes. This will be a truly great place to live and spend their free time. It is true that there are still quite a few industrial areas in Visorių, but those considering purchasing a home here should not be afraid of this. With each new acquisition of plots, the district is rapidly changing – industrial areas are being converted into residential projects, and the infrastructure around them is being renovated, so each coming year promises to increase the quality of the district,” – shares his thoughts Andrius Uždavinys, fund manager at “Eika Asset Management”.
