As the world increasingly talks about sustainability, new goals and aspirations are increasingly being set in the real estate sector. Some companies are incorporating sustainability into their strategies and will soon see benefits in their bottom lines.
“For us, the strategy emerged quite organically – the world, us, and our customers want it that way. At the same time, it is also a question of the company’s awareness and maturity. Next year, Eika will celebrate its 30th anniversary, and I think we have already grown to be market leaders by carrying this flag,” Jorūnė Juodžbalytė, EIKA’s marketing and communications manager and innovation and sustainability coordinator, tells Verslo žiniomas.
