Business center “Flow” opened one of the highest terraces in Vilnius

The opening party of one of the largest and highest rooftop terraces took place at the Flow business center, developed by the EIKA group, located on Konstitucijos Avenue. The celebration on the 16th floor terrace was attended by tenants of the business center and invited guests.

Martynas Žibūda, CEO of EIKA Development, the developer of the business center, said in his welcoming speech that Flow is focused on the well-being, well-being, and wellness of employees.

“I am glad that we have such an opportunity to enjoy exceptional views of the Neris River, Vilnius Old Town and surrounding districts. I invite you all to take a break from work on this terrace, strengthen relationships with colleagues, and build a community. “Flow” was created with the idea that nowadays it is very important to maintain balance in life, so I encourage you not to forget this and take advantage of all the advantages provided by the business center,” shared M. Žibūda.

On the terrace, guests were entertained by magic performances by illusionist Rokas Bernatonis, who set a record for the highest card thrown – even though it was windy outside, the illusionist managed to throw a card from the 16th floor roof to the 20th floor. Tenants could swing and take pictures on the swings specially created for the opening of the Flow terrace, behind which an inspiring panorama of Vilnius city opened up. Guests were delighted with delicious snacks and refreshing drinks, as well as a cool community.

The terrace will be rented for events, so anyone who wants to commemorate a special occasion or celebrate an important holiday will be able to do so in a new location in the capital with an impressive panorama of Vilnius, on the Flow rooftop terrace.
