All offices of the Class A business center in the Live Square complex rising in the center of the capital have been leased – about 4,800 sq. m of area.
Next year, the first co-working center in the Baltic States, Spaces, will be located at the intersection of Gedimino Avenue and V. Kudirko Streets, occupying the 2nd, 5th, 6th and part of the 1st and 3rd floors – an area of more than 2,400 sq m. Law firm Sorainen will lease 2,400 sq m of space on the 3rd and 4th floors.
The modern complex rising in the city center will also house stores of well-known brands. However, as representatives of the project developer Eika point out, all the stores will adopt unconventional space planning and service concepts.
The lowest floor of Live Square is intended for the retail chain Rimi, which plans to open the first Rimi Express store in the Baltics in a new format. It will be a store adapted to the active rhythm of city life.
The shopping gallery will be filled with coffee aromas from the new concept coffee bar “Vero Cafe”. Lease agreements have also been signed with the pharmacy “Benu”, the flower salon “Florisima”, the Swiss watch store “Zeneva”, the teahouse “Formosa” and the store “Narvesen”.
Free position – restaurant manager
“There is only one vacant position left – the restaurant manager. He will be able to implement modern culinary ideas in the restaurant, which will be located on the first floor and on the terrace on the roof of the business center,” says Giedrius Brūzgė, director of the property management department of Eika, the company developing the Live Square project.
According to him, future tenants take into account the uniqueness of the space and promise interior or retail solutions exclusively tailored to this location.
“Live Square will organically connect offices, retail outlets, residential buildings, and will host guests of the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. This inspires tenants from the very beginning to be more open, innovative, and create modern content for the city and its residents,” says G. Brūzgė.
Brūzgė has no doubt that Live Square, together with the reconstructed Lukiškės Square and the M. Mažvydas Library, will become the catalysts that will finally bring this part of Gediminas Avenue to a new life.
In addition to the business center with a shopping gallery and a 164-room 4-star hotel “Hilton Garden Inn” with a 250 sq. m conference center, “Live Square” also includes a residential building with 88 apartments, which are currently for sale. The territory of this building also includes a public “Unipark” underground parking lot, which will be available for use by business center employees, residents of the residential building, hotel guests and residents.
