After receiving a building permit, Eika begins sales of the “Saulės namai” project in Pilaitė

UAB “Eika”, as the project manager, begins the construction and sales of the residential project “Saulės namai”. The new project will be located in the Eika Development Fund (EDF), managed by UAB “Eika Asset Management” (EAM). on plots purchased together with AB “SKV-Valda” in Pilaitė, at Pilkalnio St. 5 and 7. Total project investments amount to more than 14.40 million euros.

On the land plots, which cover 32 acres and 46 acres, by the first quarter of 2025, two A++ energy class houses will be built, with a total of 116 apartments designed. Future customers will be able to choose from apartments of 26.02 sq. m – 81.55 sq. m. The first and last floors will have private terraces, and the next floors will have balconies. The completion of construction is expected in the first quarter of 2025.

According to Eika Development Director Tomas Žiaugra, life in Saulės namai will be peaceful and comfortable. “Pilaitė remains one of the most popular choices for new residents. Communities are rapidly being established here, with schools, kindergartens and shopping centers right next door. There is also plenty of nature – residents of Saulės namai will reach Lake Gėlūžė in just 10 minutes on foot, and will easily find quiet places for walks. At the same time, they will use all the amenities and services of the Pilaitė infrastructure right next to their homes,” shares T. Žiaugra.

The sun in Lithuanian mythology is the goddess of life, warmth and health. This perception has not changed over the years, so today the associations with the sun remain the same. “Eika” aims to make all this felt by everyone who settles in the “House of the Sun”, where light and warmth constantly reside.

“Saulės namai” is the second investment of the “Eika Development Fund” managed by UAB “Eika Asset Management”. EDF, the third real estate (RT) fund managed by EAM, was established in July 2020 and is focused on mixed-use RE investments. The “Eika Development Fund” portfolio currently has two projects under development: “Metų laikai” in Visoriai and “Saulės namai” in Pilaitė.[vc_gallery type=”image_grid” images=”46815,46817,46819,46821″ img_size=”medium” el_class=”zoom-in-gallery”]
