The real estate company “Eika”, having accumulated many years of experience in furnishing spaces in residential and commercial properties under development, decided to expand the range of services offered and established a finishing services company, which will take care not only of furnishing the premises sold by the company, but will also offer finishing installation services to settlers who have purchased apartments or commercial premises in properties under construction by other real estate developers..
“In the last 3 years alone, Eika has installed 245 apartments in objects of different classes, and plans to install another 39 apartments by the end of this year. We have developed such expertise that we feel strong enough to offer finishing organization services not only to our internal project clients, but also to external ones. “Finishing Format” will offer a complete finishing installation package so that customers only have to worry about pleasant creative worries when choosing interior accessories and upholstered furniture. After analyzing the client’s needs and vision for the installation, the interior designer will create room layout and furniture arrangement plans and prepare all the necessary drawings for finishing installation, help determine the most optimal interior style, materials and color scheme, design built-in furniture, select plumbing fixtures, and household appliances. The project manager will take care of finishing materials and their delivery. The quality and duration of the work, as well as the entire finishing installation process, will be supervised by the technical maintenance manager. After finishing work is completed, the apartment or commercial space will be cleaned, so customers will be able to move in immediately without waiting for anything.
One of the most important features of the company is the ability to ensure the quality of the work performed and provide guarantees. If customers notice any discrepancies or defects during the handover of the finishing, the company is ready to eliminate them within the agreed period. “Finishing Format” will define the exact installation terms and prices before the start of the finishing work, which will not change during the installation process, so the new residents will be able to accurately plan their time and costs. The prices of finishing installation work in the company can vary from 300 to 550 Eur per 1 sq. m., depending on the materials chosen by the client and integrated furniture. Services will be provided in Vilnius city only in newly built apartments, commercial premises are subject to negotiations.
